About Sunlit Pane

I didn't start stained glass because I was good at it. I started because I wanted to make something with my hands. I wanted to make small gifts for friends and family.

Sunlit Pane is where I teach stained glass patterns and tutorials for beginners: the way I wish I'd learned it. No assumption that you already know what to do, no patterns that only make sense if you've been doing this for ten years. Just clear instructions, real materials lists, and beginner stained glass patterns built to actually get cut and soldered.

Every pattern is numbered, tested, and built to work the first time you sit down with it. You'll always know what glass to use, how the pieces fit, and what to expect before you pick up a cutter.

This is a craft you can learn at your kitchen table. Start with something small in our Shop, follow along with a Learn tutorial, and build confidence one piece at a time. Love the light you made yourself.
